The EMITE WIMO400 WLAN MIMO OTA Module is an outstanding standalone or internal module that provides unique TCP/UDP Throughput measurement capabilities in both uplink and downlink for wireless LAN systems from 1x1 802.11b to 4x4 802.11ac, versus time, versus averaged received power and versus path loss, when used in combination of any existing Reverberation Chamber. The WIMO400 WLAN MIMO OTA Module can automate measurements for wide range of setting parameters including transmit power control (TPC), standard, frequency band, bandwidth, channel, MCS (including AUTO), number of antennas, number of partial measurements, stirring method, guard interval, multicast rate, fragmentation threshold, cell size, DTIM, AMPDU (Status, number of frames and frame size), TCP windows size, TCP buffer length, UDP buffer size, UDP packet size, run time, sample interval, cap, start, stop and step power, among others.

With up to 4x4 available channels and interoperability to IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, the WIMO400 WLAN MIMO OTA Module provides fully automated, accurate and fast WLAN MIMO OTA research, development and compliance testing measurements for a unique frequency bandwidth using your existing Reverberation Chamber of any kind. The WIMO-400 MIMO OTA Module is currently used by cellular carriers to set their WLAN test requirements.

Characterizing Access Points (AP), wireless stations (STA), gateways, routers and in general any WLAN device, the WIMO400 MIMO OTA Module represents a very useful tool to distinguish and rank devices as well as to conform to existing carriers WLAN device requirements.
