Working areas
EMITE Ing has developed the philosophy of working in a team as a result of individual synergies. For this, we stimulate creative thoughts by means of a working structure based on people. The technology is put at the service of people in open positive spaces, where interaction is inherently stimulated.
At the new site, EMITE Ing can be found at the CEDIT Building at Parque Tecnologico de Fuente Alamo, a modern installation where priority is given to open spaces, as well as to the welcome zone, the first area the employees and visitors encounter when accessing to EMITE Ing. In the welcome area customers and visitors are offered guidance and diverse possibilities to use their waiting time in a productive way.
A meeting at EMITE Ing is converted into a pleasant and comfortable activity in the exchange area. This free-access area allows employees to exchange information, learn from partners and share common knowledge, obtaining a true recharge of energy.
The working area is essential as a management tool, and it has a strong impact on EMITE Ing efficiency. Individual seats are constantly exchanged, facilitating the sharing of ideas and the construction of sense of company and full integration in the working environment for new employees.
The leisure area offers a unique potential of motivation and inspiration, allowing and providing the sharing of information at the horizontal level and in an spontaneous way, while you have a coffee or eat your lunch.
For the vertical communication we use a wide conference room with most modern communication technologies and simultaneous traduction. This is the ideal area for presentation of products and sectorial conferences.
Effective and high performance work is also obtained at EMITE Ing by means of giving the employee control of privacy through the critical space area, wherein individualities emerge in hot-exchange seats.
In order to support different working styles and to facilitate formal communication, several meeting areas can also be used, all of them equipped with the most modern multimedia technologies and communication devices. These areas provide the communication and information sharing tool for different groups of users, and they can be adjustable to specific meeting needs including individual presentations, group presentations, conferences, brain storming, videoconferences, etc.
The team working areas are conceived for the most demanding works, where there is a common objective in a group of users to be achieved in a limited amount of time. Deadlines are not missed due to lack of highly demanding team working spaces. The different elements combined in the same area allow a fast reconfiguration to develop activities that require concentration, collaboration, relaxation, or all of them.
Finally, the administrative area offers common services and it is the connection point of customers and providers with EMITE Ing. All this, along with the modularity and flexibility of this area ensures the required efficiency for developing the most demanding technological projects.
Interaction with clients and providers is also posible through the EMITE videoconference area. |
